I just want to be a poem. My name is Sarah. I’m 18, I live 30 miles from Los Angeles and I love art more than anyone loves me. I spend a lot of time by myself, dreaming about better tomorrows and trying not to dwell in the embarrassment and regret of all the yesterdays I’ve wasted. I’m not sure who I am or what I am but I know that I will always write, be it poetry or prose or anything in between, I will always paint, with or without mastering my own talents (or lack thereof) and I will always create movie scenes in my head, hoping one day to turn them into something for everyone else to see. I’m scared of this cruel fucking life, but I’m also in awe of how magnificently divine it can be.

P.S Elephants are my absolute favorite.
